Curriculum Sale Information

PLEASE HELP PARTICIPATE IN OUR CURRICULUM SALE!!!

Do you have extra curriculum and materials sitting around your house that you haven’t had the time to sell or found a good home for? Are you in need of some new books and materials for next year? Don’t wait to buy at the big convention, save some money and support the Theatre Program at HELP.

We are planning a Curriculum Sale for Wednesday, April 8th from 9:30am-2:30pm on the covered porch just to the left of the entryway. Parents can browse the selections while children are in class, or with the student before or after class.

To make this fundraiser a success, we will be taking donations during our Wednesday HELP hours beginning Wednesday, January 21st. We are happy to accept all new and gently used books. We will be happy to take partially used workbooks, but will sell them in a reduced section. Additionally, if you have any manipulatives, games, visuals, art supplies, educational toys, etc. we’d love to have those as well.

We are happy to offer two options for the donations: we sell the item for you and you get 50% back of what we make from it OR you donate the item and all sales of it go to support HELP’s Theatre Program. We kindly ask that if you intend to receive half of the sale, please place a Post-It note or tape a card with your full name and desired sale price inside the front cover or somewhere securely to the item, so we can track how much we owe you at the end of the sale. Additionally, HELP has a limited number of large tables and all of them are used every Wednesday for classes. We will NEED VOLUNTEERS TO BRING TABLES for use during the sale AND TO WORK THE SALE DURING THE DAY. If we still have a fair amount left by the end of Wednesday, we may set up a sale table at the Spring Performance Night that following Friday.

All unsold items will need to be collected, along with any proceeds, on Wednesday, April 15th from 9:30am-2:30pm. Any items not picked up by this time will be donated.
